We’re excited to announce the roll-out of a significant enhancement in the voice module of the application.

You can still deliver on-demand information via SMS / text message or via QR codes.  Now you can also quickly record a message about a property that can be played back to a lead 24x7x365.

To enable this really only requires that two settings be tweaked.  In the My Account section of your control panel, it’ll be as simple as clicking a single check box.

Once activated, you’ll need to make a one-time recording of your main greeting.  That will go something like:

Hi and thank you for calling XYZ real estate.  If you’re in front of a property right now and would like to hear recorded information, enter the three digit extension followed by the pound sign.  If you’d like to talk to an agent right away, dial zero followed by the pound sign.

That is a one-time activity.  On each extension, you can then apply a property-specific recording and select which team member(s) to call after the recording is complete or have the system hang-up.
